They're not from Mexico... but we never said they were!;But then drama! if Great Uncle Kenny allowed the giant snake to fully digest his pre-pay mobile, it would be the last he ever saw of his contacts, photos and saved messages.;It was a huge challenge putting the 'Mex' in before the 'Tex'. whenever we tried 'Mex' before 'Tex', 'Tex' repeatedly leapt ahead of it like magnets that repel. the flavours fought to return to a standard tex mex configuration. finally after some gentle coaxing of the spices, using a large centrifuge and a sledge hammer, we finally got the Mex before the Tex, creating history's first ever 'Mex Tex' corn chip. and boy can you taste it!;All our corn chips are corn-fed and harvested from the vine early in the corn chip season. Our highly trained cornchipologists individually hand-pick only the finest corn chips, ensuring we get that early harvest crunch and of course flavour. If picked too early they can be undersize, and if picked too late they can develop a teenage anti-authority attitude we assign to them. Finally to further legitimise our claim as a 'semi-authentic' mexican corn chip, ted teasdale and some of the team embarked on a tax deductible research trip to mexico, that may or may not have included a tour of a tequila distillery. This along with our incredible flavours, ensured we achieved a gold status from the iccc or international corn chip council.;They said it couldn't be done, but we put the 'Mex' in first!
