DELIVERY COST
Delivery starts out at just $6.99 per shipment, but depends on the size, weight and delivery region. The delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on items in the cart.
FREE SHIPPING PROUDCTS
There are a number of products in our store that have free shipping. These items have a FREE SHIPPING label on them like the below. Please note only free shipping items can be shipped for free, if you add other items to your cart that are not free shipping items the standard shipping costs will apply.
NO PICK UPS
All orders placed through Smartfox are for delivery only. Smartfox does not operate a physical retail store so your order cannot be picked up.
DELIVERY TIMES & INFORMATION
• Delivery takes 3-12 business days after dispatch from our fulfillment center in Australia or New Zealand, unless stated otherwise. In most cases, your order will arrive before the 12-day mark; however, some items may take up to the full 12 working days
• Rural deliveries may take longer in some areas
• Transit times do not include public Holidays
• Deliveries are only made on business days, not weekends.
All orders are delivered using courier and require a signature upon delivery so they can be tracked. We only deliver to residential or business addresses. Please ensure you have your order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for it. If you are unavailable to sign for an item when our courier called, we will leave a Card to Call at the delivery address. This card details when the delivery was attempted, the item number and what you need to do to have the items redelivered.
