Refund & Returns Policy

At Smartfox, we stand by the quality of our products. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items
Please email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@smartfox.co.nz.
We’ll arrange a return for assessment.
If confirmed faulty, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.

Return Shipping
Most products are shipped from New Zealand.
All returns must be shipped back at the customer’s expense, unless the product is confirmed as faulty.

Change of Mind / Exchanges
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect item selection
- Items not as expected

Exchanges may be possible—please contact us before sending anything back.
All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories.

No Returns On
We cannot accept returns for the following due to health and safety regulations:
- Food items
- Clothing
Unless faulty, these items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Other Conditions
- Non-faulty returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- All returns must be approved in advance—please email us to arrange this.
