The Skipper post and base system to complement the Skipper unit. The base can be filled with water or sand for improved strength and stability. The Skipper unit attaches to the top of the post with a secure snap fit. When a barrier solution is not needed (skipper unit), simply affix the Skipper A4 sign holder to the top to provide an effective signage system.
