For anyone who likes a bit more heat in your hamburger, sizzle on your steak and kick on your chick(en). Mouth-watering manuka smoked salt, chipotle, chillies and peppery horopito are balanced out with tenderisingly sweet kiwifruit powder for that mm mm taste!
Drizzle oil on steak, chicken nibbles or tofu, then sprinkle 2 teaspoons of rub onto each portion. Mix 1 Tbs into burger patties. Rub the spice mix all over meat and let it season for 5-10 minutes while your pan, oven or BBQ warms up. Grill, BBQ or p an-fry at a medium heat then take beef off heat, wrap in foil and rest it for 5 minutes and you’ll be rewarded with deliciously tender meat. Try adding to tacos or slow-cooked pulled beef.
