Faceshields are necessary when total face and forehead protection is required. When fitted correctly faceshields provide effective protection against a wide range of hazards including objects travelling at high speed. It is recommended that secondary eye protection be worn in combination with a face shield.
Green visors gives protection against liquid splash, high glare and ultra violet radiation
Approved for use for gas and braze welding operations
Polycarbonate visors have a safe operating temperature of 105 C (material will start to distort and warp when it reaches its maximum temp)
The Green visors provide protection against medium to high glare, liquid splash and ultra violet radiation
3M visors fit the 3M browguard F408BG/VV997 or the FXVH400/VH500 (non peaked), FXVH400P/VH500P (peaked) or VV765 and VV766 visor holders
It is recommended that with all faceshields secondary eye protection should be worn
