Care & Use:
Ensure that potatoes are thoroughly cooked before using this product. Wash thoroughly before first use. For best results we recommend hand washing using a soft dish brush. Do not leave to stand in a dishwasher either before or at the end of the cycle. Remove and hand dry immediately after the washing cycle has completed.
• For light & fluffy mash, in a flash! Using a ricer preserves the structure of the starch to avoid glutinous, over-worked texture.
• For use with cooked potatoes
