The GZ44212 is an easy-to-use grease filling solution designed for loading bulk or combination grease guns directly from bulk grease pails. Say goodbye to mess and waste while enjoying the full economy of buying grease in bulk.
This complete unit features a zinc-plated pump with a zinc die-cast pump head and a cast aluminum adjusting flange. It includes a drum cover follower plate and a female loader fitting, ensuring a smooth filling process. The brass piston rings mounted on a zinc die-cast piston allow for minimal wear, enhancing the unit's longevity.
Select models come equipped with a follower plate that has rubber lining, making them suitable for use with tapered drums. The universal loader adapts to both European Straight (9 mm) and American Tapered (0.58", 14.7 mm) male loader fittings.
RECOMMENDED USE: For light and self-collapsing grease up to and including NLGI 2.
