Dilute one part cleaner sanitiser with 5 parts water. Decant into a spray bottle and spray area to be sanitised and cleaned. Wipe off with clean paper towel. For maximum sanitation, spray on after cleaning and let dry without wiping. Food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts. Wear rubber gloves. Always confirm that the surface is suitable to be cleaned with this type of product.
