Made locally with NZ Port and condensed into a sweet and musky sauce with an aromatic bite. Port Wine Jelly has many sweet and savoury partners. Serve alongside fruits and fruit puddings or use to flavour sauces, gravies and marinades. Commonly used to accompany roast poultry but is great with any roast dinner or serve on your cheese platter. Can be used in the same way as jam in sandwiches or rolls. Dilute with a small amount of water and Balsamic vinegar for a glaze for meat or pastries.
