• Immediately after use, rinse the board under warm water and allow it to dry upright.
• To remove heavy odours, sprinkle coarse salt over the surface of the board and rub it with a sliced lemon.
• To preserve the wood, occasionally use a soft cloth to rub a small amount of food grade oil into the surface of the wood.
