TAPK 690 systems are ideal for vehicles with doors designed for elliptical speakers. The system includes 6x9" AP 690 woofers, AP 1 tweeters and dedicated APCX TW 690 crossovers.
The ultra-compact crossovers are easy to install and feature tweeter output attenuation for precise in-car tuning. Optimised electro-acoustic parameters and a compact woofer basket make the system well suited to OEM door locations. The woofer cone and dust-cap design provides mechanical cut-off, allowing efficient operation without a filter and making the speakers easy to drive with a wide range of amplifiers.
A large voice coil provides excellent power handling and control during demanding dynamic passages, while double Faston connectors allow quick, secure speaker connections.
