Instuctions for use: - 2kg Lamb, diced ; 20g vegetable booster ; 600g tomatoes crushed, tinned ; 400mL water ; 20g coriander, leaves
Method : Heat the oil in a large pot, add the KNORR Pataks Rogan Josh Paste and lightly cook.
Add the diced lamb and cook until browned, add the KNORR vegetable booster, tomatoes and water and simmer until the meat is tender.
Serve and garnish with chopped coriander.
