COOKING INFO:
1.Using a dough hook,blend Scone mIx and water together.2. Mix on slow speed for 1 min. Do not over mix
3.Mould dough into ball and rest for a few minutes. 4.Roll out on a floured board to desired thickness(approx 12mm) and cut out with a scone cutter or knife.
5. Rest for 5-10 minutes before baking
6. Bake at 210°C- 220°C for 12-14 minutes.
