Our highly trained cornchipologists individually hand-pick only the finest corn chips, ensuring we get that early harvest crunch and of course flavour. If picked too early they can be undersize, and if picked too late they can develop a teenage anti-authority attitude we assign to them. Finally to further legitimise our claim as a 'semi-authentic' mexican corn chip, ted teasdale and some of the team embarked on a tax deductible research trip to mexico, that may or may not have included a tour of a tequila distillery.
