These RAF versions, designated S.Mk.2B, had several differences from their naval counterparts. Initially, the Royal Air Force was not keen on acquiring this aircraft, but the Buccaneer soon proved to be an outstanding performer. By the time they were due for retirement, the RAF was reluctant to part with them. Although they were compelled to accept a naval aircraft they had initially rejected, the camouflaged Buccaneers quickly demonstrated why they were far from a secondary choice.

BAE SYSTEMS is a registered trade mark of BAE Systems plc.

What's Inside
Plastic model kit, instruction sheet, paint layout sheet and decals.

Tech Specs

Item Length - Without Packaging (cm): 40.2
Item Height - Without Packaging (cm): 10.31
Item Width - Without Packaging (cm): 28
How many pieces will be found in the box opened by the customer?: 291
Item Scale: 1:48 Scale
Finish: Plastic
Number of Scheme options: 4
Skill Level: 3
Flying Hours: 3
Wingspan (mm): 280
